This is definitely a not so great review… I’m just throwing it out there now. I’m just saying. I hope my social media site gets big and my reviews get noticed all over the world just so people can understand how old I am!!
I came to this place with my woman cause the first time around 3 years ago we had a good time and would like to experience that again. Except I’m not sure if this was the exact location. She says it was so I just went with it because I would just like to be with her. But in any case. This location as far as I can see is a nice location. It is clean. They plastic-wrapped the TV remote? But we don’t watch their TV I bring my laptop so I can use their Free Wifi which didn’t work. But it’s cool, cool!!
We were only staying one night and we weren’t looking to spend anything hire than $100 bucks which is what they offered, a room for $85. Went to the front desk and they said I have to pay for parking my car… $23.50. Now, this hotel is by the Elizabeth Mall. There are 100 parking lots here. No residential locations anywhere so no one is going to just walk by this location to break into my car. So I asked the front desk “How do I get here without paying for this?” She said “whaa?”. First off why am I being charged to park my own car that I already pay for? So now I have to pay for a parking spot for my car while I pay for a room that I use? Why do I have to pay for a parking spot that’s not even secured? If I’m paying money for a car to stay at the Radisson if there was serious crime around.
The room comes with Breakfast… breakfast was 2 small cereal boxes, a box of milk, a bagel, and apple juice. In the past, BC “Before Covid” there was a breakfast buffet. You can have pancakes in a container already, waffles made right there, eggs, sausage, orange juice, apple juice… cranberry juice, k! So many things to eat. Even if you took this food to your room to eat it at least felt like you were getting your money’s worth.
Now, ya… no more hotels. This is a thing that’s not happening again. If anything I’d rather do an AirB&B… or hire a butler / maid! I mean it’s not a “never again” it’s more like. Only at Convention centers and comic cons or something. First Comcast with their bullshit internet cap now hotels and their cheap fucking foods and park your car yourself charges.
