So today marks the day that people are allowed to get tickets for the Marvel movie Spiderman: No Way Home… Except like Avengers: endgame the websites broke. The apps broke and people are pissed! So first off just to put it out there, I have a movie ticket and ill sell it for 100 million dollars! For anyone that wants to see this movie literally in the middle of the movie theater which is the best seat ever, call me!!… No… I don’t have a stupid movie ticket, lol. I’m sorry, it’s like the PS5s. Everyone is wasting extra money on a $500 dollar product, for what? The experience? Really? I’d rather do my gaming on PC. I don’t mind waiting for the movie tickets to be available. More importantly, covids bouncing bank up because of that covid “transformer” variant. We will see what happens on the day of. My family might not go.
For those that still don’t get it “the experience” has a price. For you to see something or know something first is more expensive than it is to experience that something whenever you want.
Scalpers are selling movie tickets on eBay for $4,500 bucks. If you buy that ticket then we need to be friends! As more time goes by I’m assuming the PS5 market has gone down to the point that scalpers are back to looking for anything to make a good buck. If you have been reading previous posts you already know these scalpers got their “pound of cash” they’ve made more money than the actual stores, like Target, Walmart, Gamestop, and so on, allowed to sell PS5s.
Disneys: Marvel’s Spider-man: No Way Home is definitely a hit. With Marvel twisting the Multiverse storyline to their advantage across a vast variety of tv shows, movies, and a lot of characters in the story. They have opened a doorway to bring back the X-men, Deadpool, and yes, Netflix’s Daredevil, hopefully, Luke Cage and the Punisher back into the fold. Have to say this massive story they keep building is funny, and unexpecting. They can twist the story at this point any way they want and with the right people, it would work as a movie or Tv Show for Disney+.
There are easter eggs in this movie so I’ll announce it after I watch the movie. But there are two theories on were the story is going:
First, I saw the trailer and I thought I saw Spider-Man in a black suit. For those that have not seen the Venom 2 movie after credits. The multiverse has also brought the Venom storyline into the mix of the Spider-Man storyline. How this will unfold is up to Marvel. So either there are 3 Spider-Men in the movie or they just introduced the black spidey suit. But this wasn’t true. There are 3 Spidermen so this theory went out the window.
My main theory now is that: 1) the actor’s contract with Disney is complete. So the actor can now go to Sony and start making Spider-Man movies with Sony – Marvel instead of Disney – Marvel. If that’s the case you can believe Sony will take advantage of the multiverse and bring spiderman into the venom movies.
We will have to see over time. The next movie is Dr. Strange.
